About our games
Every game on Cool Animal Video is our own. They are built by our team and hosted on our own server, then shown on each game page inside a secure frame.
- Play any game straight away, with or without an account.
- Works on phones, tablets and computers in any modern browser.
- Use Full screen on the game page for the best view.
- All rewards are virtual coins with no cash value.
A game won't load. What can I do?
Press Reload under the game, check your internet connection and make sure your browser is up to date. If it still won't load, tell us the game name and your device through the Player Care form.
Do my coins carry between games?
Your account balance is shown on your account page. Each game may also show its own in-game balance. All coins are virtual and have no value outside the game.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Every game works in mobile browsers. Some games look best in landscape, so try turning your phone sideways.
Your login details
You can create a free account with your email and a password, or with Google. Your account shows your name, email, coin balance, level and the games you've played.
I forgot my password
Use the contact form with the topic "Forgot password", sent from the email on your account. For your security we never send passwords by email; we'll help you set a new one.
My account is locked
After five wrong passwords an account is locked for 15 minutes to protect it. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
I signed up with Google
Use "Continue with Google" to sign in. Accounts made with Google don't have a separate password.
How do levels and the daily bonus work?
You earn XP when you sign in (+20), collect your daily bonus (+100) and open a game (+15). The daily bonus adds 10,000 free coins once every 24 hours.
Your details are safe with us
Every form on Cool Animal Video is handled on our server, not in the browser, public spreadsheets or tables. Nothing about your account is ever shown to other visitors.
Server-based forms
Sign-in, sign-up, contact and Player Care forms are sent over HTTPS straight to our server, which checks every field again before doing anything.
Hashed passwords
Passwords are stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash. Nobody, including our team, can read your password.
Locked account files
Accounts are saved as private files on our server that are blocked from the web. No database tables or queries are ever exposed.
Sign-in protection
Repeated wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes, and sessions use a secure HTTP-only cookie.
Secure email delivery
Messages from our forms are delivered to our team by an authenticated, encrypted email service.
No payment data
There is nothing to buy, so we never ask for or store card or bank details.
Write to a real person
Ask for a break, a restriction on your account, deletion of your data, help with privacy or anything else. Messages are private and read by our team.
